The service

GeoSwirl provides a travel map animation service. Access is currently private; public registration and live purchasing are closed. Planned subscriptions and allowances are described on our pricing page, not offered for immediate purchase.

Accounts and permitted use

Use an account you are authorized to use and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, bypass access or usage limits, disrupt the service or submit unlawful content. You must have legal capacity to enter these terms, or appropriate authorization where applicable.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded media, audio, text and location information. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content as needed to deliver requested animation generation, support and security. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses; these terms do not grant rights to content you do not own.

Output and storage

Maps are creative visualizations, not authoritative navigation, boundary or legal records. Preview quality may differ from final export. Output depends on supported browser and media formats. Keep backups: browser drafts can be lost when local storage is cleared, and exported files on your devices are your responsibility. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.

Future subscriptions

When live purchases become available, checkout will be provided by our merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy apply to its transactions. Subscription price, renewal and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Cancel renewal through Paddle’s customer portal. Access normally continues until the paid period ends, unless a refund, dispute or restriction changes entitlement. See Refunds & Cancellation.

Changes and support

We may maintain, update or restrict the service to address misuse and technical problems, subject to applicable law and any required customer remedy. No system is guaranteed uninterrupted or perfectly secure. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate before they take effect.
